How do I place an order with Bloom Brokers?

Ordering with us is easy! If you are a regular customer you can order using your buyer code – it’s quick, simple and everything is charged to your account and invoiced weekly.

Can you give me an exact quote for my flower order?

Sorry, no we cant. Flowers are sold through an auction system, so prices change daily. We can however give you an estimate based on current and past prices to assist with your budgeting. To send an enquiry to us, click here.

How far in advance do I need to order my flowers?

For weddings we recommend you order as early as possible, 3-4 weeks in advance in low season (May-October), and 4-6 weeks in peak season (November- April). We compete with many other buyers to get the products we need to fill orders, there is only so much to go around and most growers operate on a first in first served basis. This especially applies to niche wedding products like Gypsophila, Dahlias and David Austin roses... Missed the boat? Don’t worry, no matter how much time you give us, we will do our best to fulfill your order.

For day to day flowers – specific orders need to be received before the auction days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), otherwise we stock a huge range in-store and supply daily lists for account holders based outside of Auckland.

Can you guarantee supply?

We will always endeavour to supply you with what you have ordered and most of the time there are no problems, BUT,  we are still at the mercy of Mother Nature, so supply is never 100%  guaranteed. If issues do occur, we will contact you in plenty of time and work with you to find a solution.

Will my flowers last until my event?

With proper care and conditioning, flowers should last 7-10 days! We will work with you to ensure your order is sent to you at the optimum time, allowing your flowers to be in peak condition when you need to use them. To read out handy guide to flower care, click here.

Do you ship flowers to the South Island?

We are lucky enough to be able to ship all over New Zealand! Send through your delivery address and we can come back to you with aproximate freight costs and shipping times. Click here to send us an enquiry.

Do you supply imported products?

Yes! We stock a wide range of stunning flowers sourced from around the world including Colombian roses, Dutch product when in season, and beautiful orchids, anthuriums, tropical foliage and chrysanthemums from Malaysia. Some lead time is needed when ordering these flowers and supply is dependent on MPI inspection.

Do you make gift bouquets or create wedding flowers?

Sorry no we don’t, but we do supply any number of amazing florists through out New Zealand and we would be happy to recommend one to you.

Can I buy flowers from your premises?

Yes you can! Our showroom in Mount Wellington is open to trade customers ONLY,  if you have an account you can call in and purchase flowers from our extensive range! For our location and a list of opening times, click here.
